Is the British roundabout conquering the US?
Whenever I’m out and about with Americans or Japanese, theres always a conversation about the ‘Rotary’. Not met anyone who didn’t think it was a better solution than traffic lights.
How long before Japan follows?
We’re getting organised now. The desks have arrived and we’re working full time from the office!
2011 we hope is going to be a great year for Rosehill Travel. To start with we’re moving in to a new office in Brockworth this month. Here’s a couple of pics of the ‘before’. I’ll post some progress shots and an ‘after’ as it takes shape.
Visited the Tate Modern yesterday and I thought the best thing was the Ai Weiwei exhibition. Sunflower Seeds is by the chinese artist Ai Weiwei. 100 million individually hand crafted porcelain seeds laid out on the floor of the Turbine Hall. Its a stunning sculpture which is perfect in this industrial building.
Sunflower Seeds are on display at the Tate Modern until May 2011.
Took these photos today about 2 o’clock in the afternoon at Dover’s Hill above Chipping Campden. Temperature didn’t get above zero all day, the frost was so heavy, looked like snow had fallen except the roads were clear. Customers were more than happy to see a frozen Cotswolds despite the cold and they left with some great photos.
Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.
Driving the Welsh coast
A great driving route along the coast of North West Wales, ideal if you’re enroute to Anglesey.
More routes here: incl Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man, Devon and Yorkshire.
